Our Spring Musical

We thank everyone for their support of our high school musicals over the past 50 years. Though we have not documented the actual number, it is safe to say that thousands of students have been a part
of our high school musical productions.

Whether they have been a part of the cast, the backstage crew, or the pit orchestra they have been a part of something that has enriched their lives. Students who participate in arts experiences improve their academic achievement as well as their success in other realms of learning and life.  In addition to strengthening young peoples capacity to learn, engagement in the arts allows them to have positive outlets for their boundless energy and imagination. By cultivating their joy, talent, and voices our young people are better prepared to assume their roles as productive and creative citizens.

The Lewisburg Area High School presents an annual spring musical in March with auditions usually held in early December. Recently the spring musical has begun presenting the Broadway Bistro, which features students serving as singing waiters, during the month of October.

Our Auditorium

Our auditorium houses our annual spring musical, fall play, high school music concerts, in-school assemblies and various community events through out the year.

In December of 2016, our new High School was completed and ready to move in.  The NEW auditorium seats 824 and includes a state-of-the-art lighting & sound system. We are grateful to all of our patrons, including the Green Dragon Foundation, Alumni Association, and Music Association for their continued support and financial gifts.
